Weibert "Sport" started his dressage career at the age of 10 years in April 2011 under the ownership of Mooikloof Friesian Stud. He has progressed from Novice to Advanced in only 3.5 years!
Achievements to date include amongst many: 2011 FPSSA National Supreme Dressage Champion; 1st place 2011 FPSSA National Senior Stallion Under Saddle; 2012 National FPSSA Novice Dressage Champion; 4th place in Elementary level – 2012 Gauteng Adult Dressage Championships, 2012 Friesian Winter Show Equitation Champion, Awarded KFPS Star Predicate in April 2012.
He has continued to excel in dressage and became the 1st ever Friesian horse bred in South Africa & the 1st Friesian bred outside the Netherlands to be awarded the prestigious "Sport" predicate by the Dutch Friesian Society (the KFPS) in January 2014!
He is currently the biggest competing Friesian in South Africa.
